sales contract
We here at bigboyblue kennel belive in providing you with a quality puppy at a reasonable price.We guarantee pup to be delivered in good health,current on shots,and free from distemper,parainfluenza,parvovirus,and any life-threatening genetic defect .All pups will have a current health certificate from a licensed and certified vet.Puppies will be dewormed before shipping and shots will be administered at six weeks.The buyer should follow-up with another deworming in two weeks.Shots and deworming are the responsibility of the new owner.Any pup that develops an illness due to the fact that they recieved poor treatment by you or were not given proper shots and deworming medication will not be replaced.purchaser agrees to follow-up with a check up for the pup in two weeks to be evalutated for any genetic diseases or disorders.If determined by your vet to have a genetic defect bbb kennel will replace puppy.The replacement will be of the same sex and eqaual value if one is available.The new puppy will be returned at the buyers expense.We reserve the right to a second opinion and the buyer will have to furnish the means.Meaning that you will ship puppy here and we will have him autopsied by our vet and you will be responsible for any and all incurred fees.Purchaser will be responsible for providing the new puppy with a safe home.BBB reservers the right to gain possession of this pup if you are found negligent in any matter.We do not tolerate fighting or mistreating of our dogs.We require a 250 deposit to hold any puppy under the age of six weeks for a customer.If full payments are not made by six weeks then you will have forfeited your rights to your dog and deposit.All deposits are non-refundable but,are transferrable to another puppy or litter.If purchasing a blue coated puppy you should understand that they are more prone to skin and coat problems.It is simply the result of the blue coat coloring.We do not guarantee against any skin and coat problems.We will not be responsible for any skin or coat problems that may arise.Skin and coat problems are common among blue coated dogs and they tend to be more prone to bacterial,staph,viral,and fungal infections.Also to various forms of dermatitis,allergies,demodex,and color mutant alopecia.While most are just simply due to the fact that they have this blue color.Most of these problems can be inexpensively treated.If at any time you cannot provide a safe home for this pup contact bbb kennel and we will take the pup back at your expense.We don't want any of our dogs to end up in shelters or abandoned so purchase your pup with this knowledge in mind.By signing this agreement you have read and understand the terms and conditions of this contract.payments are to be made by postal,or personal money orders,money gram,western union,or certified bank checks.We do not accept personal checks by any means.
By signing this contract and purchasing a puppy you have read,and understand that bbb kennel will enforce this contract 100%.You should also understand that any deposits made are nonrefundable but,transferrable.Also,registration papers will not be sent along with puppy on flight they will be mailed to you.BBB kennel does not guarantee that your future litters will be any particular color.
